Chris is Executive Director of The Fullerton Foundation. He is involved with Blue Ridge Institute for Community Service Professionals, Southeastern Council of Foundations, KNOW(2), and Leadership Cherokee Board of Regents.
Chris was always born for the stage. He played Charlie Brown in the Spartanburg Youth Theatre's production of Snoopy in 1995.
He and his wife Erin have been married for 21 years and have two great kids, Sarah (15) and JT (12).
Chris says, "Judging style? I'll say anything for a laugh!?! I'm just so grateful they didn't ask me to dance!! I can do funny...I cannot dance to save my life!"
Laura is Executive Director of PAL: Play. Advocate. Live Well. Her past service includes: First Presbyterian Diaconate; Past President of Leadership Spartanburg Alum Association; and Hampton Heights Neighborhood Association. She's a past board member of One Spartanburg; Eat Smart, Move More SC; Palmetto Cycling Coalition; and Mary Black Health System. She currently serves on the following boards: One Spartanburg Tourism & Advisory Committees, Pine Street School PTO and Pine Street School Foundation (Vice Chair).
On her judging style, Laura says, "I am looking for energy and enthusiasm. That is what gets the crowd going and gets me excited. And besides, I don't dance well myself and so what else would I judge?!"
Garrett is Vice President of Colliers International in the Spartanburg office, where he specializes in leasing, sales and development advisory services for industrial properties across the Greenville-Spartanburg market. Garrett Scott actively serves the community through giving of time and resources. He has held board-level positions with The Humanities Council SC, The Piedmont Club in Spartanburg and Clemson University’s Board of Visitors. He enjoys spending time in the Spartanburg and Greenville areas by attending concerts and fly fishing in both salt and freshwater environments. He is married to Cathy.
When asked to participate, Garrett says, "I was thrilled; even more so with the realization I would be a judge and not a dancer, as not many dance routines work with the two left feet with which I was blessed."
Catherine is, in her words, "Mother of Dragons and a homemaker". She is married to JP and has identical triplet sons. She went Over the Edge in 2018 for the Cancer Association. Catherine has worked with Glendale Outdoor Leadership School and is a member of the Assembly.
On being asked to Emcee, Catherine said, "Who, little old me? What an honor to be part of such an amazing event...and for such a worthy cause...I am humbled and so honored. And WOW, even better, I get to host alongside my cohort Kim Keith, yee-haa!!!!"
Kim is owner of Keith-Evans Real Estate and Property Management, as well as Principal Broker. He is a life long member of First Pres, having served in session and active with youth, member of Uptown Rotary Club, and involved with Boy Scouts of America- specifically Troop2. Kim has lived in Spartanburg all his life; he's married to Kristi and father of three. He's a graduate from Spartanburg High where he played football with Steve Fuller; graduate of Clemson where he was a member of Beta Theta Pi and stunt and spot cheerleader for football. He has worked in real estate and development for more than 40 years. Kim's an avid snow skier and golfer, where he caddied for local golf pro Terry Johnson when he made the cut for Greensboro. He loves rock and opera - his favorite opera singer is his daughter Lilla Keith. He competed in the 2019 Dancing with the Spartanburg Stars.
When he was asked to emcee, his first thought was “now, this is going to be interesting....”.
